- Composition analysis, particle size distribution are tested for each batch of tungsten powder before putting into production.

- Measuring density for each tungsten crucible, re-sintering if the density is low.

- Size inspection logged for each tungsten crucible.

- Ultrasonic flaw detection for each tungsten crucible to ensure homogeneity and flaw-free.

Storage & Usage Recommendations:

- Tungsten crucible is heavy and fragile, lift slowly and steadily using high strength hoisting soft belt.

- Tungsten crucibles must be stored in a dry area (humidity less than 60%), otherwise it is easy to be oxidized.

- When setting up the crucibles, the support structure and base should be always horizontal not only at room temperature but also at working temperature to ensure the crucible is not skewed while working.
