Material Property:

With high melting point, good high temperature strength, low pollution and good machining performance, good thermal conductivity, still keeping good mechanical properties at high temperatures, like tungsten, molybdenum is applied to all kinds of high temperature components including molybdenum crucible, molybdenum rod, molybdenum, molybdenum tube and a variety of product categories.

Molybdenum crucible heat temperature 2200℃, density of 10.0 g/cm³.

Application:

- Molybdenum ring was used in production of amorphous strip, high temperature furnace flange etc. When ring is used for quartz even fusion field, it links to furnace body as tungsten tube flange with a higher request for the strength of the molybdenum ring.
- Molybdenum core rod, undertakes the task of the quartz products molding. It needs to carry the entire weight of molding while stand for 2000℃ high temperature.
- Spinning molybdenum crucible, density of 10.15 g/cm³. We completely solve the deformation problem for molybdenum crucible, ensuring that their crystal not polycrystalline or even cracking due to deformation of crucible.
